670 Grams is located in Digbeth, Birmingham. Steeped in history, it boasts the oldest building in brum and home to the original birds custard. Your dining experience is a showcase of this cultural city where we take inspiration from what’s around us. By this we don’t mean land or sea, instead the diverse culture that’s within the heart of the country. A globally influenced tasting menu that can be found with in Birmingham using the best ingredients.

Mood

Your experience begins in our lounge and gallery space. We invite you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to settle in, take in the surroundings, and enjoy a pre-dinner drink.

The restaurant has been designed as a modern, minimalist gallery, where art, contrast, and clean architectural lines create a calm and considered setting for the evening ahead.

Our dress code is simply to feel comfortable and be yourself.

Vision

We opened 670Grams in 2020. We wanted a restaurant that was approachable to everyone. After working in Michelin star restaurants around the country we always found it fascinating that it was never affordable to eat in the restaurant you were most inspired by. I wanted to break a mold and a price bracket where you can enjoy all we have to offer or just a taste; but will always feel appreciated that you have chosen us. 670 grams is a restaurant to most, to us it’s our home. A place to express ourselves and use all our experience to showcase to guests that become part of our family.
